PILLAR 1 GROWTH

Growth is a core priority, and we aim to achieve it with a clear focus on the comprehensive and integrated development of our business model, incorporating increasingly more constructive solutions.

Throughout 2022, we carried out investments in our operations (Uruguay, Colombia, and Bangladesh), launched new investments (CAC plant project in the US), and added new assets (quarries in Spain and Argentina, and concrete plants in Spain)... to continue driving our long-term growth.

Health and safety (Zero accidents)
Climate change and energy (To obtain 55% of electricity consumption from renewable energy sources, 20% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to 2020, etc.). According to the roadmap to carbon neutrality established by the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA).
Environment and Nature (The minimisation of the environmental impact, analytical monitoring of alternative fuels, continuous measurement of emissions at the factories and emission reduction techniques, water reduction and efficient consumption plans, recovery and conservation of biodiversity by means of specific reforestation and restoration Programmes.
Circular economy (the principles of efficiency and minimisation of consumption throughout the value chain, the circular economy and optimisation in the use at Cementos Molins of the resources of energy, water and raw materials).
Corporate Social Responsibility. Create a positive impact on the environment by caring for all the company's stakeholders, as well as the communities in which it operates.
